We were asked to consider three questions:
1. What do ministers need to do?
2. What do ministers need to be?
3. What relationships do ministers need to have?
I was most interested in a definition of the term 'minister', which doesn't seem very straightforward to me!
We were referred to Charles Gerkin's 'Introduction to Pastoral Care'
